1. Can cards be customised?

Physical Cards have an option for a message to be printed inside but only digital cards can be customised to change the wording. Please contact me at KimWestArtStore@outlook.com if you would like anything changed.

2. Can a card be sent with a message straight to the recipient?

Yes! That is no problem. There is an option to print a message inside the card. Please make sure the correct address is used on check out.

3. Can other items be customised?

4. Do you accept returns?

If a product is damaged or you are unhappy in any way please let me know.  I take care with all shipping methods but I can replace or refund damaged goods.

5. How long will shipping take?

Australian Orders take 3-8 business days (from dispatch to door). Express options available.

International Orders take 2-3 weeks. Please consider this when purchasing.

6. When will my order be shipped?

Orders are dispatched 1-3 business days after payment.
